The Golf Scientist

Tee up even with the tee box or move it back two club lengths.White poles mean move it back to wear you were and take a penalty stroke
Red and yellow poles mean a warning don’t cross them or you might go in the water and loose a ball and have to take penalty again and if you are not in play but you find your ball you have to take another penalty stroke if you loose a ball and there are no white poles you can guess where it was and take a penalty but don’t move it closer or you can take a provisional stroke and hit another where you and if you find your first don’t count a penalty or the provisional shot and you have 3 minutes to find your ball and don’t take gimme putts that are one putter length away if you want to get better and I recommend keeping score and keep trying until you get a goal you like and you at the most in a tournament are supposed to have 14 clubs at the most or less but alignment sticks are ok to practice with to warm up but don’t use as a cheating method and alway count penalty shots when you need to if you go in the water and find your ball you have to still take a penalty and put it at the yellow poles at the closest to the pin or move it back as far away as you want I recommend stop being nervous and tell yourself your going to chip like a pro putt like a pro and drive like a PGA pro and hit good hybrids and hit it like you want and stay in the fairway I hope you play good and try to remember this last rule which is to have fun.
