The Golf Scientist

1. I imagine the best golf shot I could hit even better than Pga pros and think I’m the best golfer in the world than I look at the target stretch until I feel loose enough and then repeat look at it again aim two waggles of the club and than swing.

2. My move that I do similar to the PGA pros for power is lag meaning load and gain so I stretch my wrist as far out as possible then once I take the club back to the top which for me is where the club is flat at my shoulders than I turn my knees and then my hips rotate and turn then I hold my wrist moving and then throw the golf club hard at the ball and that is where the speed comes from don’t hold lag or cast the club to early.

3. Practice makes perfect but where you need practice is where your problems are work it with faith trusting yourself and the most important thing to get good golf scores is chipping closer than 3 feet than get a least a two putt at the worst and hit your irons on the green on your 2nd or 3rd shots and only 1 bunker shot at the most and be careful around water hazards and penalty hazards like white poles which mean move the ball write back to where your at and take a penalty if past them or on them.

4. Remember on putting 3 feet away in your head 25 or 75 back and through one or the other and think about being the best putter ever and it will help just don’t say it and be a bragger.

5. Wherever the green look bad 1 cm away from the flag means that’s where it’s going to break to and focus on speed and read Downhill normally means super fast and left to right opposite for uphill.

6. Remember Drive for show and putt for dough but chipping can lead for dough/ money too.

7. Take your time don’t rush.

8. Don’t be negative about bad be glad you can learn from bad.

9. Straight and far is both great but it’s one or the other straight is better if you are in the fairway.

10.I recommend working on swing speed and don’t try to hard to hit it as far as you can cause you will get over tense and play terrible.
I would say I learning the yardages is important and learn and guess what club you want to be perfect believing you will hit like the best golfers ever.

11. Eat Healthy and workout more and Healthy means not strict but balanced. It’s ok to do treats every now and then but don’t do it every day and do a little bit not a lot and you need water sugar fruit carbs vegetables vitamins meet fat protein exercise don’t over do the weight lifting just walk a decent amount and do a few weights push ups or stretches.

Don’t be so unsmart and don’t buy a golf glove because blisters hurt and you don’t want the distraction messing you up.
