Stretch your hands wide drag your front knee closer to your back knee closer to your left leg straighten up your left leg and tilt your back a little to your front knee get the club-head behind your back squat down then in the last second throw the club as hard as you can and tap the ball easy and just the rest of the way because you hit the ball already keep swinging fast

It is like you take a rubber band a stretch it then you let it go and it throws speed very fast
