  1. Trust God is going to help you.
  2. Ignore pain and think about what is good. When I have back to back seizures, I play on my iPad and think about it and think about Jesus is helping me and he went through pain to die on the cross for our sins.
  3. Think about who you love and what you love.
  4. Sleep good if you can through pain.
  5. Take deep breaths and don’t panic when it is hard.
  6. Pray but when you pray have faith or prayer will not help. Remember you are what you think about and what you trust helps the chance of it happening.
  7. If you have dogs or cats or any pet cuddle them.
